How long does the Waydoo Flyer EVO battery last? +

What is the difference between the EVO Lite and EVO Pro Plus? +

Technical FAQs & Specifications

Is this accessory compatible with all Waydoo Flyer EVO models?
Yes, this accessory is engineered specifically to integrate with the Waydoo Flyer EVO ecosystem. Its modular connection points ensure seamless fitment across all EVO configurations.
How do I maintain this eFoil component?
Always rinse the component thoroughly with clean fresh water after every session (especially in saltwater). Check connections for debris and store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
What should I do if my remote throttle trigger starts sticking?
If the remote trigger becomes sticky or fails to return smoothly, it is typically caused by sand or grit inside the trigger spring housing. Do not force it. Rinse the trigger area intensively with fresh water while repeatedly pulling and releasing the trigger until it moves freely. Dry thoroughly before storing.
Why does my remote throttle automatically lock up after a few seconds?
For rider safety, the remote throttle trigger automatically locks if left idle in the starting position for more than 7 seconds (e.g. while paddling or waiting). To unlock the remote trigger and restart the propeller, simply press and hold the '-' speed gear button for 1 second.
Why does my remote prompt me to confirm the connection at the battery during the first pairing?
For security and to prevent remote hijacking, the first time you pair a remote to a board, you must physically authorize it. When prompted on the remote screen, simply walk to the board and tap the battery's power button once with your magnetic wrist-strap key. This physical confirmation securely locks the pairing.
What should I do if my remote throttle trigger fails to initialize or shows an error on startup?
On startup, the remote performs an automatic calibration to establish the 'zero throttle' position. If you are holding the trigger down while powering it on, it will fail to initialize or display a restricted range. Release the trigger, restart the remote, or long-press the '+' button to enter the trigger throttle calibration menu to reset it.
